Honey Butter Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 10 pcs Ezi crispy chicken

  • 250g butter

  • 1 large onion – sliced

  • 2 red chilies – sliced

  • 1 stalk of curry leaves

  • 3 tbs of honey

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Heat oil in the wok and fry the chicken until brown. Remove and put aside.

  • Heat butter, fry the onion, ginger, red chili and curry leave until crispy.

  • Sprinkle over fried chicken.

  • Finally, pour the honey over the fried chicken.

Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken With Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt of Ezi crispy spicy fried chicken

  • 1 pkt of mozzarella cheese

  • 50gm French

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Heat oil in the wok and fry the chicken until cooked.

  • Melt the mozzarella cheese using a simple flame in a non-stick pan.

  • Stir until the cheese is melted.

  • Once the cheese is melted, pour the cheese at the top of the Ezi crispy spicy fried chicken. Served with french fries.

Honey Garlic Chicken Drummet & Mid Wings

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs chicken drummet & 1 tsp black pepper

  • Midwings Ezi 2 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp powdered ginger,

  • 4 cloves minced garlic to taste

  • 1 cup 11/2 tbsp salt

  • ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tsp black pepper

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Heat the olive oil and garlic. Saute to soften the garlic but do not let in brown.

  • Add the honey, soy sauce and 1 tsp black pepper.

  • Simmer together for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and allow cooling thoroughly. Mix together the flour, ginger, salt and 1 tbsp black pepper.

  • Fry chicken until golden brown. Toss the chicken pieces in a large bowl

  • with some of the honey garlic sauce. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • Ezi chicken nugget crispy

  • 5 cherry tomatoes cut two

  • 2 ply salad into small

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cooking oil for frying

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and purple cabbage.

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes and salad.

  • Put all the vegetables in one bowl.

  • Put mayonnaise and mixed together.

  • Fried the nugget until brownish.

  • Mixed all together.

Salad Tempura Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • Ezi chicken nugget tempura

  • 5 cherry tomatoes - cut two

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 ply lettuce – slice

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cooking oil – for frying

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce.

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and put in a bowl.

  • Slice the lettuce, put in a same bowl.

  • Add mayonnaise and mix it well.

  • Fried the Ezi chicken nugget tempura until golden brown.

  • Mixed all together.

Salad Tempura Chicken Nuggets

Salted Egg Chicken Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Chicken Popcorn Ezi 200-250gm

  • 2 stalk curry leaves

  • 3 yellow salted egg (boiled)

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 chili (sliced)

  • ½ cup evaporated milk

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Fry popcorn chicken until golden brown.

  • Melt the butter in a pan with medium heat.

  • Saute garlic, curry leaves and chili.

  • Crush the boiled egg yolk. Then, put into pan and stir well.

  • Add evaporated milk and stir until boiling and slightly thickened (*add salt if necessary)

  • Add the fried popcorn chicken and stir evenly.

Sweet & Sour Chicken Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of chicken sausage cocktails (1kg)

  • 1 tomato – cut into cubes fried ¾ of the way through

  • 1 large onion - sliced

  • 3 spoons of ground dry chili

  • 3 sliced garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce

  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, Sugar, salt and seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce Soup leaves/ onion for decoration

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Heat enough oil in a pan. Fry sausage ¾ cooked and drain.

  • Use 1 drop of oil from frying earlier. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.

  • Add the ground dried chillies and stir-fry until they rise oil.

  • Add water and tomatoes. Stir well and leave it boils.

  • After that add sweet and sour sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and seasoning.

  • Let it boil and the gravy thickens a little.

  • Slow fire. Finally, add fried sausage. Toss the sausage with the thick sauce.

  • Leave for 2-3 minutes on the stove, then lift.

  • Can be decorated with soup leaves and spring onions.

Chicken Minced Meat

Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Cooking Suggestion:

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl, stir to combine well.

Clean the butter lettuce, peel each leaf off the stem, set aside.

Heat up a wok or skillet on medium heat and add the oil. When the oil is heated, add the onion, garlic, and stir-fry until they are slightly browned. Add the ground chicken, stir continuously with the spatula, break up the lumps. Add the cashew nuts, fish sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir to combine well.

Continue to cook until the filling becomes dry but remains moist.

Add the cilantro and turn off the heat.

To assemble the lettuce wraps, add 1 tablespoon of the filling onto the middle of the butter lettuce , and top witg some sauce. Wrap it up and eat immediately.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Cooking Suggestion:

  • Heat a little olive oil. Saute the Holland onions until the onion tender.

  • After that, add garlic then put the minced meat and stir.

  • Then add capsicum and carrot and stir the continue cook until meat dry.

  • Add a little black pepper powder, sliced tomatoes and sliced mushroom.

  • Stir until mushrooms are slightly witted. Then add Bolognese sauce immediately.

  • Then add tomato puree, a little Italian herb and little pasta water, stir it.

  • After that, add parmesan powder and salt. If sour, you can add a little sugar.

  • Finally add a little full cream mil (optional).

  • Serve with spaghetti and a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Original Fish Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of fish burger

  • 1 burger bun

  • A little oil

  • Salad leaves

  • Sliced Tomatoes (4 slice)

  • Sliced Cucumber (4 slice)

  • 1 slice of cheesedale cheese

  • Enough tomato sauce or chili sauce

  • Enough mayonnaise

Cooking Suggestion:

Fry the fish burger, use medium heat and make sure oil not too hot. Remove and drain, place on a kitchen towel and press a little so that the oil is absorbed (use the back of a spatula to press). Then put the cheese on top and let the cheese soften, make sure the fish burger still hot when you put the cheese on it. Set aside.

Cut the burger bun in half, spread a little butter or margarine. Then roast until lightly browned. Remove and cool. Take part under the burger bun, arrange lettuce, then cucumber and tomato.

Pipe mayonnaise on top, then pipe chili sauce or tomato sauce. Place the fish burger on top and cover with the top of the burger bun. Serve immediately.
